What’s your return policy?

We will go to painstaking lengths to make sure your gown is perfect. Bridal merchandise is typically special order purchase, and because of the unique nature of the business, returns are not accepted.

Can I order a dress you don't currently carry?

Of course! In all of our brands we will have the catalogs for the manufacturer. If you see a dress in there that you love, we will check to see if it is available in our loaner program. That way you get the dress of your dreams!


What brands do you carry?

Currently we carry: Moonlight Collection, Moonlight Couture, David Tutera for Mon Cheri, Evelyn Bridal, La Sposa by Pronovias and Allure Couture. We are always adding more designers! Keep checking back!


How do I make an Appointment?

We are so happy you would like to make an appointment. You can find that information here! If for any reason you cannot make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible!


Where are you located at?

We are located in the Carmel City Center Building in the interior level plaza. Please be aware that there is a lot of construction around the Carmel City Center Building. If you would like to see a detour map, you can check it out here!
